We do not cover return postage outside of the UK. To complete a return, please contact us before posting your item. All returns must be sent at your own cost unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a tracked service as we are not responsible for the item until it reaches us. Proof of purchase and warranty documents may be required.
Refunds
Once we receive your return/exchange, we will notify you via email. Shipping costs will not be refunded for dispatched orders. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 working days. Chargeback fees will be deducted from the final refund balance. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless faulty.
Exchanges
For defective items or exchanges please email creativenailsystems@gmail.com to arrange a replacement and return the faulty item to us. Return postage outside the UK is not covered.
